With over a decade of experience in sales and marketing, representing a diverse range of clients, I've consistently pursued growth and advancement. However, within all my previous roles I was limited to the progression I've always aspired for, which led me to discover the management training program. Over the course of 15 months, I transitioned from this program to establish my own outsourced direct marketing company. Though I initially believed I had reached my peak, I soon realized there were countless areas for improvement.
